Terms of Membership
By becoming a member of Anabasis Academy, you agree to the following terms:
- Communication Consent – You authorize Anabasis Academy to communicate with you via email, our app, and other digital channels regarding your membership, academy updates, educational content, promotions, and other relevant notifications.
- Payment & Billing – Your payment information is securely processed through the Kajabi platform. For Committed and Devoted membership levels, you consent to recurring payment processing beyond sponsored periods or any other promotional allowances unless canceled before the renewal date.
Your membership grants access to exclusive content and benefits based on your chosen plan. Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. By signing up, you agree to abide by our community guidelines and terms of service.

- Refunds & Cancellations – Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
- Account Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that any activity under your account complies with these terms.
- Content & Intellectual Property – All educational materials, videos, courses, and resources provided within Anabasis Academy are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your membership without refund.
- Community Guidelines – To maintain a positive and respectful learning environment, members must adhere to the following:
- Respect fellow members, instructors, and staff.
- No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will be tolerated.
- Do not engage in disruptive behavior, spamming, or self-promotion without authorization.
- Follow all applicable laws and ethical guidelines when interacting within the community.
- Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
- Dispute Resolution – In the event of a dispute, members agree to first contact Anabasis Academy at [email protected] for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
- Modification of Terms – Anabasis Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Membership at any time. Continued use of the academy after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
